2007 Track: (Outdoor) Fought through an illness to earn a podium spot in the 10,000 meters at the PSAC Championships by finishing fifth in a time of 39:46.20... Also finished the 5K in 19:25 at the PSAC Championships... Took fourth place in 18:49.83 in the 5K at the Jim Taylor Invitational, a PSAC-qualifying time... Took fifth place in the 5K race at the Radford Invitational.

2007 Track: (Indoor) In the mile at the East Challenge Meet, she finished sixth in 5:37.66 and was part of the distance medley relay team that took third place in 13:19.28... Took second place in the 5,000-meter race at the DeShriver Invitational with a conference championship qualifying time of 19:02... Placed seventh out of 17 runners in the 5,000 meters (19:24.86) at the Bucknell Bison Open.

2006 Cross Country: Took 36th place at the PSAC Championships... Placed 18th at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Took 10th place at the Husky Invitational in 24:50... Finished 11th at the Bison Open.

2006 Track: (Outdoor) Finished 10th (5:03.75) in the 1,500 at the Big Red Invitational at Cornell University... Took second in the steeplechase at the East Challenge Meet at Lock Haven with a PSAC qualifying time of 12:12... Won the 10,000 meter event at the Jim Taylor Invitational at Susquehanna University... Took fifth in the 5000-meter race in a PSAC-qualifying time of 18:28.19 at the Virginia Commmonwealth University Classic

2006 Track: (Indoor) Took third in the mile (5:27.63) and first as part of the distance medley team (12:54.44) at the East Challenge Meet... Placed second in the 3000 meters in 10:46.31 at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg... Took sixth place at the Bison Open at 3,000 meters with a conference qualifying time of 10:51.60... Placed third in the 5000 meters at the Orange and Maroon Classic in a time of 18:49.

2005 Track: (Outdoor) Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 10000 meters, finishing in 38:52 at the Raleigh Relays...Ran a PSAC Qualifying time of 18:42 in the 5000 meters at Virginia Commonwealth. (Indoor) Took first in the 3000 meters at East Stroudsburg in 10:51.67, good enough to qualify for the PSAC Championships...Placed fourth in the 5000 meters at Susquehanna in a time of 19:18.80, a qualifying for the PSAC Championships.

2004: Came in 201st place in the Penn State National Race in a time of 24:05 helping the Huskies finish 23rd out of 41 teams...Finished sixth overall in the Husky Invitational in 24:58.00...Placed 60th overall in the Gulden Invitational at Bucknell University in a time of 25:08...Finished 79th in the Spiked Shoe Meet at Penn State in a time of 21:26...Took ninth overall at the Bison Open in a time of 19:38.

2003:Finished 10th overall for the Huskies at the Bloomsburg Invitational, finishing the course in 25:18...Placed 51st at the Penn State Spiked Shoe, running the 6,000 meter course in 23:53...Took 50th overall at Lock Haven...Ran well at the Gulden Invitational, taking 34th place in a time of 24:43...Ran the DeSales Univeristy course in a time of 20:43, good enough for 34th place...Huskies top finisher at Mansfield, finishing third in a time of 19:17...Had a good showing at the PSAC Championships, finishing in 25:07, good for 47th place...Placed 61st at the NCAA Regionals in a time of 24:03.
